When you come to us, you will initially be greeted by Jon Valdemar, who is the general manager of the Center for Conflict Prevention. Together we find out what your conflict looks like and what factors apply to you. Based on the conversation, Jon Valdemar finds the in-house consultant who is best placed to help in your particular situation. It can be anything from one of our senior consultants to one of our specialists. But common to the choice of consultant is that we always choose someone with a high level of professionalism and experience in the area where your problem is most relevant.
If it is relevant to the task, we are also happy to bring in external teachers and experts. This could be a researcher with up-to-date and specialized knowledge in a particular subject area. We can therefore always offer our customers the latest knowledge on current topics, so that the overall output is as qualified as possible. This ensures that you get the best conditions for a solution to your problem when you turn to us. Regardless of what the problem may require.
Who we are
Our senior consultants are your initial contact when you come to us with an assignment. They organize the most relevant team and ensure that they are professionals who are qualified to handle your specific issue. Jon is a senior consultant in conflict prevention and conflict resolution. He is a conflict mediator and conflict coach, and has a number of special educational courses. Jon is also a trained security consultant/guard and is the director of the Center for Conflict Prevention.

Bjarne is chief consultant for mental readiness & psychotraumatology. He is the former longtime head of the Danish National Police Psychological Service and author of "Den voldsomme hændelse", as well as a large number of articles.
