Management
- The manager has been under pressure for a long time and urgently needs help to avoid overload, attrition or sick leave.
- Employees have directly or indirectly expressed distrust in management as a result of collaboration issues, handling of personnel matters, management style/communication or organizational changes.
- Cases concerning violent or particularly transgressive behavior and communication.
